SHIPPING

Delivery takes approximately 4–15 business days for the United States. Packages to Alaska and Hawaii have been known to take 8-15 business days. Orders generally take 4-7 business days within the Continental United States. **Note** Holidays and extreme weather conditions can sometimes impact delivery times.
 
For international orders, please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, customs, taxes, and/or import fees along with your package. We have NO CONTROL over other countries or the rules and regulations they have. FIT GOLF. APPAREL™ will not be held accountable for those additional fees. Packages shipped internationally take between 2-6 weeks. If you have questions about your countries shipping guidelines, please contact them to avoid any surprise surge charge you were otherwise unaware of.
 
FIT GOLF. APPAREL™ is NOT responsible for lost packages, stolen packages, packages sent to the wrong address (unless it's an error on our part), or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims and reporting issues. FIT GOLF APPAREL™ is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FEDEX, UPS or any other mail service. Again, customers are to contact the mailing service if they lost your package.
 
*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an incorrect address, incomplete address, an unclaimed package, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package to their desired location. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.

FIT GOLF. APPAREL™ does not offer wholesale accounts or distributor accounts at this time. Official and Licensed product(s) from FIT GOLF. APPAREL™ can only be purchased at WWW.FITGOLFAPPAREL.COM - We can not guarantee the authenticity of our brand if a purchase was made outside of our secure store website. To ensure the integrity and authenticity of our brand, logo(s), and trademark(s), we advise all sales to be purchased directly from our secure website.

RETURN | EXCHANGE

We realize the buying process is different when shopping on-line. We want you to be happy with your order. Returns/exchanges are part of the buying process. We will do our best to meet reasonable customer expectations when these situations happen. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please allow us to assist you with your order. We deal with returns on a per item basis. If you wish to make a return, please contact us to discuss the issue before sending anything back. We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
 
THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 15 DAYS. 
 
We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged. There is a one time exchange limit per item.
 
ALL SALES ARE FINAL OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.
 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you feel you have received a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help assist you. We require that you submit 2-3 photos of the item in question. This will help us determine potential manufacturing defects, as well as the best possible path to a solution. If it is determined your item is defective through no fault of your own, we will send you an email with a prepaid shipping label so you can return the item. Once the item is received, we will provide the customer with several options including full refund of the purchased amount.
